Meet Our Lead Attorney
Nicholas D. Fugate primarily practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, foreclosure defense, family law and general civil litigation. Prior to launching Nicholas D. Fugate, P.A. he was an associate attorney with Mowrey Law Firm, in Tallahassee, Florida where he obtained experience in business and commercial litigation, foreclosure defense and general civil litigation. While attending the Florida State College of Law, Nicholas was a member of the Real Estate Law Society.
